Ricoh coming out 3 teir meters???

Looking at the latest beta software from a couple of cost recovery companies, I see the following: "Ricoh: Added support for three tier billing counters on those models that report them"It's been my understanding we are locked into having to get Kyocera devices for 3 tier... is this changing?

We're a Ricoh dealer and got somebody asking us about three tier print costs. (not developments)

Is it even possible on Ricoh devices?

Yes Ricoh have had support for 3 tier billing for about a year but haven't really told anyone because it doesn't work !!

As far as I'm aware it doesn't work for A3 or duplex so pretty pointless at the moment but I'm sure it will get sorted
