when i power on the machine it stop on please wait screen but when i disconnect its harddisk it works normally i want to know if this problem can solve with download firmware and which one (fcu-mcu-mfp-bicu'bcu)

Sounds like you need to replace the HDD.Dont know if flashing will help but it is the cheaper route to go. -

You can try to reformat the HDD. Don't know if firmware will help. Have had several HDD's that we've had to replace. I would do format it first. Good Luck.GingerComment
