    ricoh 1035

    when i power on the machine it stop on please wait screen but when i disconnect its harddisk it works normally i want to know if this problem can solve with download firmware and which one (fcu-mcu-mfp-bicu'bcu)

    Sounds like you need to replace the HDD.Dont know if flashing will help but it is the cheaper route to go.

      If you flash the copier you might as well do them all.

        You can try to reformat the HDD. Don't know if firmware will help. Have had several HDD's that we've had to replace. I would do format it first. Good Luck.

          Here's my two cents. Replace the HD.
