    Ricoh Aficio 6001 Counter

    How do we reset the copy counter to show 11 x 17 copies as two 8 x 11.5 copies on the meter?Any help would be appreciated. We downloaded a manual and it was bugged up and caused problems with our computer!ThanksSharon

              We normally do this on all new machines before they get delivered. We have a number of customers who do a lot of DLT.
