Does the fan spin? If not, does the fan have power getting to it? Check CN202 on IOB, pin B12 is your 24v supply, Pin B14 drops to a low when the motor is activated, pin B13 is the motor lock signal. Is there voltage there to turn on the fan? Maybe you have a short or open in the wire harness going to the fan. Can you check continuity from one end to the other or does any of the wires read a short to ground? This is the fan located at the rear, center of the machine.
