Heads up on this one. It took multiple calls to catch this bugger in the act.
Machine would jam every morning on start up from sleep mode, jam was registration & was false (no paper).
Racked up multiple SC's 224 221 (laser sync error black & magenta). Also displayed PCU not set several times.
After lots of time investigating it turned out to be poor actuation of the right door (duplex) rear micro switch.
We keyed in on a symptom of the machine acting like it was going thru star up again & again on warm up.
All codes & jams were always on the same meter count. Reforming the stud that latches the rear of the door solved it.
