    [Jamming] Jam code 114 SR5000 !!!

    We have 3 different sr5000 finishers attached to pro1107 and pro906 and a pro907.

If you run 2 pages stapled for 2 sets, it will staple the first set and then on the second set it will stop right after it staples the set and is on the way out via the stack feed out belf right on the positioning roller every single time. But if you run a sample and then another sample it will run fine, it's almost like a timing issue...
things we have tried: we have tried 2 different main boards, the main stapler harness, sensor harness. The harness for the jogger fence motor and home position sensor which Ricoh suggested. The white male harnesses on the back end of the rail unit, stapler motor. Also tried swapping like for like motors and harnesses around trying to get a different scenario. Anyone have experience with this code before??

Have you tried updating the finisher firmware?

Jam code 114 has something to do with the jogger fence drive train. Check the jogger fence belt and home position sensor. You could have a bind on one of the fences or something obstructing the movement of the fence. Check the mount for the jogger fence home position sensor and the tab on f the fence.

Try replacing the exit jogger or just remove it and see if the jamming stops.

          found this on another forum

The logging sheets and manual state that Jam code 114 is for the Jogger motor.
I have had several instances of 114 being caused by the centre stack plate motor connectors being loose or dirty.
Clean and remake the Harnesses from the Stack Plate Motors and HP Sensors to the Finisher Control PWB.
give it a go it may work
