RICOH MP C2500 dark background in the color copying

a salute to all to ask .. I have a ricoh mp C2500 copying in color makes a dark background on the whole page someone tell me what setting I need to do to remove this fund

This may be a bit obvious but have you calibrated the machine?
Is fault on print & copy?

is a multifunction I'm reviewing but I have not had it in for service, after cleaning all the optics and imaging units, and copying in the laser makes me a color copy with a dark background. Pressing the user function "color rule" and by removing the bottom of the copy is great, wonder if anyone can suggest me how I should act to remove this dark background, that adjustment should I do? thank you kindly

So if i understand you the prints are ok it is just when copying
You will need the factory settings certificate
it should be behind the operator instructions on the inside of the front door


Set the following items to the setting on the factory sheet

sp 4685 01 and 02
sp 4686 01 and 02
sp 4687 01 and 02

it is a common problem these values can become corrupt

thank's Elmo the copy is improved,in fact the values were corrupt, but the bottom remains dark even though less than before, do you have any other suggestions? thanks
