[Jamming] Ricoh MP9000 jamming j027 error

Hello,
We normally deal with Toshiba machines but we have a Ricoh MP9000, the only machine of this type, and it is jamming very often - j027 error. We cleaned all the one way bearings, rollers and sensors and still it is jamming. Anyone had a similar experience? Any inputs. I have the service manual.

Print off the Logging Data (SP5990-4), and find the exact cause of the latest jams. Should give you a good idea of what could be at fault.
