Have just installed one of these, input a static i.p address via machine then tried to interogate it via web browser.
It asks for a password straight away, have tried all the usual Ricoh default passwords and also tried logging in as a supervisor which normally allows you to reset the Adm1N (wrong on purpose) password.
Does anybody know the password please as my customer wants to set it up to scan but cannot progress beyond the password prompt.
Yes I do know what it is on all other Ricoh's but it isn't working on this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because this is a small MFP have they used passwords so as not too give away the information to non techs as I assume these small machines are designed to be bought over the counter and set up by end users ?
Customer not happy & I seem unable to find anything to help
