aficio 3045 / mp4500

greetings everyone,

we have ricoh aficio 3045 and ricoh mp4500 that displays "RESTART" then small boxes appear below the "restart" message. it just appear while copying and we have to turn the machine off to copy again. i would like to ask for your help on what causes this message to appear and what's the solution.

Check the SMC-list for the SC's. This is the only way to find the problem.

Change the setting of SP 5875 SC Auto Reboot to 2. This will make the machine display the SC code instead of the reboot screen.

thank you also slimslob. i tried changing it to 2 but i was able to change it to 1 only because the options were between 0 and 1 only.

I got ricoh mp4500.1st, image appear more to gray color.i allready force toner many times, change developer unit..still same.now i try change developer connector from ricoh 2045..now no image appear..plz some one help me
