Am haven problem with PriportGestetner5700+ it's printing well when i scan master from other priport and Rab it on the drum it print with no problem,the problem is it can not cut master because the drum done open or turn to receive master when it is coming it then displayed master jam.i try the master unit and drum on other priport it works well.i need help on this,THANKS IN ADVANCE.

if the machine is workin using other drum then you have to compare the defective drum to the working one.

I would check the drive mechanism for opening the master clamp on the drum or the drive timing for the drum.
