Change the scan settings to Auto / Full colour, then press the Program key bat157s.gif then Program as System Default.

This is all in the user manuals and on the Ricoh website.

login on web browser and in scanner feature you can set ut default to be a full color.

Go into User Tools - Scanner Features - Admin Tools

Select RTFM Mode and turn it to "On"

Cycle the power off and on

Check and test
