My issue is that I have the fcu board but not the fcu/f board in order to make it communicate with my mp c3300. I know I will also need some brackets for this conversion as well, but I no part #s. I have the service and parts manual for the box and a field service manual for the fax, but no parts manual for the fax. I have searched, sometimes aimlessly, but to no avail. Could you please enlighten me with some knowledge concerning this conundrum I find myself in?

I know this thread is 6 years old, but we have just been donated a Ricoh MPC3300 without a fax option installed.
We need a fax option and I have found a seller for the Fax Option C5000 which seems to include all the parts for installation from the picture, however am not sure. I just don't have an installation manual or other sort of information to confirm.
Our Ricoh rep is not helpful at all and just tells us the machine is too old and just to buy a newer machine...Comment
