    c411dn ink transfering

I have a client using a 411, the client is using pre printed sheets off of a ink based printing press for originals. the ink is getting transfered off the feed tire to the next page.

There's nothing you can do about this really except try and dry the ink on the paper better, either that or just print everything with the 411?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

the client is currently has around 250 lexmarks doing about million and a half no problems so far trying to get them to move to ricoh its the paper feed system ricoh uses a pick tire on leading edge creating more friction on the paper. its tough trying to explain to a client to change that much paper. anyways thats road I think we are heading down!
