SP 7806-002 resets the Charge Roll counter - you can probably vacuum the drum unit out and clean the charge roller with water and a clean cloth, but if it's at the 160k pm mark, chances are your screwed until you return to pm the thing...

replaced the charge roller and drum ran a few days than came up with code 302. Went back and cleaned drum unit and roller reset ran a copy or 2 than went to sc302

You could try an engine memory clear (SP5801-2).
Otherwise, have you tried another entire PCU assembly? It could be an issue with the wiring harness.
If none of that helps, then HV board.

There was an old fix for HV issues on these. In the PCU where the Charge lead comes in on the flat stainless steel there is an overlap of the two pieces of metal. That's where you take a small binder clip and clamp the pieces together to the frame of the pcu. You then remove the wire handles of the binder clip. This is toward the rear side of the pcu.
