[Misc] Configuring SOP - getting can't connect errors

Good day all... Has anyone successfully set up Scan to Me on the new Andriod Smart OP Panel? I can do traditional scan to email and scan to folder on the c6003 I have it installed on in my demo room, but the Quick Scan, Scan to me and the neat new stuff errors out! It's hitting my PDC and saves my email info in the address book automatically, which is cool, but can't scan...

    Anyone got any ideas?

I haven't set one of these up yet myself. But did you put all of the Smart OP panel specific firmwares on the machine? Don't know if that's it but I know they made a big deal of it on the Ricoh websites. Just an idea.

Yes blee, I did downloaded and installed the latest SOP firmware. The SOP is up and running all functions of the machine, including traditional scanning to folder and email. It's just the new Andriod apps like "Quick Scan" and "Scan to Me" that aren't working. I can browse the internet on it, which is cool.

You didn't do all of the SP mode settings in the manual. If you do the first set and not the second, you get exactly this issue.
