We've installed a few Smart Op Panels without issue on 6 C4503's so far, but have encountered an issue with the last one we are setting up. Everything seems to be installed correctly, but when you go to User Tools, it just beeps and doesn't access any of the menus. This is true for any of the entries in the User Tools menu. We've tried reloading firmware and and double checking the SP settings, but nothing helps. Does anyone have any suggestions?
