    Screen Service Mode on Ricoh SOP

    How do you get into Screen Service Mode on the Ricoh Smart Op Panels? The information I found on the TSRC portal says to use Reset, 8,0,6,1,8,2,#,#, Then Press and Hold the "Clear" button for more then 3 seconds. That doesnt pull anything up though.

      Have not used a Smart Op, but if you can get access to a virtual keypad it should be C/A (yellow) 806182 C (not red).

        use the keypad from the copy function. PM'ed you the rest.

          I just tried this and I got right into SOP service mode. You might take a look at the readme files for the .apk files also, it explains how to setupthe sd card.
