    ricoh 2035 and 1035 sc 322

Both machines are in sc 322.I have changed the LD with functional ones, at both of them , i have cleaned them light, but the codes remain.I have checked all the wires, areOK.I am not sure but for example at the 2035 and also at 1035, when i restart them and give a test copy the paper remain exactlly before the drum. Also seems to be something strange with the ID sensor...Ihave change the position of the ID sensor plate with one mm, and the copier , two hours ago start to work OK.When I have restarted five minutes ago the same code....Any ideeas?

I assume that you also performed the 400 & 600 dpi LD beam pitch adjustments after replacing the units?
The problem is also very common with built up toner on the front door switch. Search the forum. this has been discussed in countless threads

thank you, but i have done at the 1035, the 2103 1,2,3,4, also replaced the front door switches, as i told you i have replaced the ld units completely with some working ones from another machines 1035, -2035 is working now-and tho code is the same.Plus it enters in 322 when i give him 3001-2 and also is entering in 322 when i give the developper initialisation, even with a new tank with 5000 copies developer. i am not sure that the id sensor is working...

            2103 won't help. Try 2109.

OK. Sorry...With the 2035 is allmost OK , but at each restart even if i start to do 2109, i have to change manually the values for 2103 1,2,3,4. till an optimal value. The initial values before the stop are not fixed. There are jumping..
For the 1035, meantime, it has get out from the sc 322, but the copies are in stripes.i have changed manually the values from 2103 at each 1,2,3,4 for: -5, 10, 20,30,40,50,64 but the copies are totaly crap...The best copy is at 64(can not do more)it will need for a good copy at the actual rate, arround 80-90.For example at 45 can not see on the cppy but stripes, starting with 55 i can see the text (enlarged), and at maximum means 64 the text is enlarged at arround 125%, and the stripes are still there but less....

Your laser synchronization boards might be bad.
When you said you replaced the LD, did you replace the entire laser unit assembly or just the laser diode?

Might seem a bit obvious, but have you got a solid brush on the dev unit mag roller? and is it turning freely when you turn it by hand? the dev units often seize-up when dev finds its way into the bushings on these machines.

Seems that dev unit works ok. Brush good...Turns good. Cover with dev OK.Is any conection between the dev unit and the fact the machine forget to get up the prints? Because is not getting out white prints, but he gets out nothing. Just stay and the communication led is blinking over and over...
