    Mp7502 frezee operation panel

    Hi everyone

    Mp7502 frezee panel and not select another buton or keys

    I installed latest all firmware and jawa firmware

    I entered sp mode sc code details 7xxx. Select into sc991 screen I Saw eror code atech.

    Anybody this code idea

      991's are usually logged when the power to the machine is dropped unexpectedly. Could be the machine is getting unstable power? Check the fuser temperatures too, it may be struggling to come up to standby temperature and causing the machine to hang.
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          I tested power voltage 217-220v
          I see fusing temperature in the sp1106,1 and 2, 185-190 degree

          I replaced controller, bicu board, ipu and nvram for tested but problem is repeat

              i once had a op panel freeze on me on an MP6000 come to find out there was a conflict in ip address went to DHCP and wolla, sounds weird but it worked.
              Live for something or die for nothing.
