I have replaced the HDD, replaced the cassette rollers in all cassettes, cleaned thoroughly all transport and aligning rollers, removed the feed units and cleaned all bushings, and cleaned every sensor I could find. Have been reading thru all the posts trying to find help on this one, there are some answers pointing to NVRAM and BICU, BCU etc. Is this common on these machines to have so many issues with the NVRAM? Anyway, could use your help.

Have you tried uploading fresh firmware?
Is the machine clean?
Kind regards

All those codes are generally unrelated, and none are usually related to the HDD -if they were, then simply disconnecting it would have helped, and I'm not sure why you think that replacing feed rollers, and lubing bushings will help either.
I have NEVER seen a worn-out feed roller cause an SC code
How about a little history of what actually led to this situation?
As for the SC 792, I'm betting that you simply have a bridge unit connected without a finisher, which might even explain the jammingComment

I find it impossible to believe that all of that stuff just "happened" at once.

I simply gave you my 2 cents, and asked you for more info, which is why You’ve had no luck getting any other advice.Comment
