I am having a deal of trouble trying to fix a jam in the ADH on a MP4001. The code that comes up is J054 (skew sensor). This happens every time a sheet is fed. Have swapped the two sensors in the jam release door of the ADH - no good. Tested the sensor with input/output in service mode - all good. Paid particular attention to cleaning all rolls and other sensors. The sheets (A4 or A4r) pass the skew sensor by about 8mm and then stop. Always in the same place. Have searched but have found nothing relevant in the forums.

i pressume that the seal (black) which the sensor is align to are clean? else try to check on on feed in motor...fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.
