    [Jamming] RICOH MPC 6000

Our problem concentrated on that :
1- when copying on A4 (thick paper) on glass paper (face up) or (face down) no jamming.
2- when printing on the same A4 (thick paper) jamming occur at fusing unit .
We ask if there any edit with service program to solve this problem.
    Thank you for your corporation.

You need to provide more info about this problem. What's the paper weight? Did you set the correct paper weight? From which tray are you printing? What jam codes are registered in the jam history?

I would be having a good look at the erase margins between the 2 modes of operation you describe. Also the stripper plate on this model is very troublesome and can cause a lot of fuser jams, also you need to replace th oil and cleaning rollers at no more than 80k (in my opinion).

Think he forgot to pt a comma after glass. Good grammer always makes easier for us to help them.

I think I thought that he meant glossy paper. After reading it again, you're right!

I read it as though there was a comma after the word glass. "(Original) on (the) glass, (original) paper". I think if he had just omitted the word paper.

Warning! between copying and printing sheet does not come out in the same direction.
In printing it is returned to a pocket in the furnace exit. Your problem doesn't it come from there?
