MPC 6000 not feeding from by pass

    MPC 6000 not feeding from by pass

    Hello can anyone help. The by-pass unit just does not feed, it attemps to take the paper but then just stop right on the tray. I have replaced the entire unit but the same thing. Am not sure if the gears on the main unit are worn out.

    Can anyone help out here please.
