MPC 305SPF adressbook data eror and SC672 code

Hi everyone

we installed a lot off MPc305spf machine. Some machines has given adress book data eror code or SC 672 code.
We was made 5846-50 execute in the SP mode, but not resolve. How can we fix.

Some machine showing SC672 eror code on the operation panel.
We tried latest firmware install at the machine, but firmware instalation screen does not come.
I replaced another Controller PCB , machine is works fine.
We have three corrupter controller PCB in this way.
How can I fix cards.

I have had two of these with controller failing, new machines, but don't think this board is fixable...

Now I have 8 damaged controller boards

Already result has occurred at the Mp171spf and Mp201 machines

I ordered rescue adress card from ricoh Europe.
We way correction adressbook data eror.
We need to same type of solition

For the address book data error you're probably looking at bad HDDs.

The 305SPF does not have a HDD out of the factory.

Since the MP C305 does not come standard with a HDD, if you have not installed the optional HDD, then the Address Book SD card is either missing or bad. The Address Book SD card is used to store the address book when there is no HDD.

I have Aficio MP C305SPF that is without HDD and SD card installed and give me the same error SC 672. The problem be came after switch off than on, and i couldn’t do anything so i turned off and replaced with new one controller and with that worked fine. So i turned of again and replaced with old controller that have before. I turn on and the problem was the same with error code sc 672 now i understand that problem was caused by controller, i turned of and exchange the dimm memory on the controller. The controller have 2 dimm memory from each of them is 512Mbyte so i replaced the place on it carefully and turned on the copier and the error was gone. So i entered in SP mode and reset address book for any reason i do it the factory default again even it was fine. So my old controller working fine now.
