Pro 1357ex with Fiery EB-1357 stapling prob

    hello folks,

Brand new and clean install of a Pro 1357ex + SR5020 booklet finisher with printer controller Fiery EB-1357, installed all patches:

When processing a printjob for example: 5x 3pages asking 2staples: Finisher collects all and puts 2 staples after the 5th ex is processed... So you'll get 15 pages stapled together, instead of 5x 3 pages stapled together.

    anyone ?

    kind regards

With some software, you have a setting for number of copies controlled by printer. If this is set to yes, the software sends the job once and a command to print it x number of times. With it set to no, the software will send all copies and many printers will see it a one document.

This wouldn't be a mail merge, would it?

No mail merge, just a simple printjob, everything works fine, except when you ask staples, then the machine staples it all together.
Going back today to finish the installation, will post the config page if the problem remains.
