List of SMTP Servers?

When setting up equipment I run into alot of ISP's. I would like to know if there is a good list of SMTP Server's and the proper ports they use. Thanks much.

Too long and would change too often. Just pick one and stick with it, Gmail for SSL, GMX for non-SSL, etc.
