Clean all bushings in the exit part of the finisher. Over time they collect dirt. When they are really full of dirt, the exit motor can't drive the rollers and the paper jams just before the exit.

You sometimes have to clean the roller shafts under the bushings. I've even had to pry the bushings off, but cleaning both and they work fine.

especially the plastic parts/bushings from the sponge rollers drive.
