      Overflowing how? Leaking from the PCU's? Image quality problems? Are you using OEM toner and developer? PM parts in life?
      It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

          Agree, parts life end if leak is from PCU's as stated above by TonerMunkeh.

              Likely to be broken off gear at front left of main waste toner auger. Pcu cleaners overfill and start spilling and locking up.
