    36837. (Enter in T9 mode). Or you can press # if you like.

      thanks for your quick response actually i want enter ssp mode in the service manual says press the enter key and hold it down

      the machine not print from pc i can able to login wia network ip address

        i think you are looking for the round redish cancel stop button
        the MP2000L is the lite version of this model you must use the correct driver

          He's talking about SSP Mode, which is where you hold down the # key before hitting System SP to unlock the SP8xxx and 9xxx sections.

          So yes, enter is #.

            If you can't print then special service mode isn't going to help you. Fundamental troubleshooting will. Check the port in the printer driver.
