I would say you are up for a major PM. These codes are all toner density related and usually indicate worn PCU's, Devs and ITB assy. You REALLY need to know what your doing with these otherwise you will end up in an almighty mess.

Even if you think you know what your doing, you will properly still mess this up

Check the PM counters to see what is past recommended count. Be certain to follow the instructions in the SM exactly, especially if replacing the developer. Clean the image density sensors with alcohol wipes. Also check TSB 017 "LIGHT DENSITY, TONER SCATTERING OR SC4XX."
