    Please help when you connect the laptop to the Ricoh MP C 6000 Ioaspa appear on the screen warning (Please wait) we hope the solution

    This makes no sense at all. If you connect a laptop directly to the network card of the copier you get the "Please Wait" message displayed on the copier?

            I wish I could help the thread starter. No easy life for them in troubled Iraq.

            I admire Ali that at least he tried to help himself by using the Internet and that weird English language. Would like to know how many of you techs can speak a foreign language too.

            C'mon guys and gals, help this chap with his problem. Unfortunately I have no knowledge of Ricoh's.

                    As far as I know you cannot "Call a Tech" that easy in Iraq. For safety reasons most techs do not go out but require the customer to load his machine on a truck and bring it to the workshop..........

                        Usually the "Please wait" accross the entire range is related to the machines Hard disk drives (x2), so as a test disconnect both HDD's and see if the machine boots up. If it does you could try formatting them or replacing them. Good Luck.

                        You say connecting the laptop. Not sure what you are trying to do there.

                          The please wait is a boot up message. If you try to connect via network or cross over during the please wait you won't connect and your browser may return a 404 error. Connecting when the machine is at ready , it would be very strange to get please wait............... sounds like hard drive/ frimwar issues..................... or maybe power, considering where your located..................
