    MP 2553

I have a MP2553 that at start up out of the box I got a 672-11 code. Removed the controller and checked all connections, went to power up and machine was dead. Checked all fuses and voltage to PSU, not a single light or noise. Any ideas, Thanks.

Does this small box have a circuit breaker?? Check it if it does otherwise, Call your Ricoh TSM for an RA, if it's straight out of the box !!!!

Sounds DOA to me, an out of box failure. Send it back with a big poo in the box.

both boards, there is a tb out for this and cheap chips on the board are at fault. new boards will sort the problem as debs said. had this fault last week.
