    Ricoh Savin sdc326A

    How are you members... I have a little but big problem; after doing a reset on the machine; the touchscreen of the printer is not working; this is pretty serious since I can't do anything without the touchscreen; is there anyway to navigate in SP-MODE and fix this without the use of the touchscreen?

      Try Clear\modes 1993 clear/stop x5. that is, press clear/stop 5 times. Then when the screen changes, press # for the touch screen adjustment. Follow the instructions

          Thanks but that combination of code does not change anything... maybe it's different for different machines?

                  What type reset did you perform? Did you flash the firmware, and in doing so, the LCD firmware? I refuse to do the lcd anymore unless completely needed as I've fried 2 lcd panels over the years.

                          The combination are all the same: 1993 clear stop five time and hold the last time down more or less 8 seconds
