PRINT TO USB (MP C2551)

Guys, I need your help. The user wants to print his PDF files stored in his flash drive. When I connect it to the USB port, only TIFF and JPEG are recognized by the machine. Any idea why it happens?

check your machine if you have the PS installed.

Make sure media print is turned on under Printer SP. This model has PDF direct as default so PS is not needed; check what version of PDF the customer is trying to print with, and check if it has a password.

There is no password on his PDF files and the media support is already enabled. Is there PDF version compatibility???

function scanner : you should auto color select .

print the configuration page from printer feature so you can see if the pdf direct is installed. our machine here doesn't have pdf direrct as default. pdf direct and PS3 are options for this machine
