has a Df3030 When i print out smc report and look at 7-505-3 which is Skew Correction Sn: Late. It seem to have a high count. i have replace all feed rollers and belts and reverse roller and torque limiter. Still have a high count. I have watch when they use it and seems to be after they remove staple from papers and stick them in is when they have problems but if you separate pages first then put in adf works ok. Is there anything else i can do for it other then keep instructing them to separate pages first.

if the pages are not separated fully then it will try and feed more than 1 original through causing jams. even with the staple removed, the pages can still be stuck together so need checking before feeding. -

Clean the reg sensor in the ADF its requires removing the covers particularly the one covering it.
Its on the bottom LHS of the feed in shute.Comment

Have them feed the staple edge last.
It gives the sep roller more time to separate.
Also keeps the turned edge of the stapled originals from tacking on the entrance guides.Why do they call it common sense?
If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?Comment
