MP 7000 fuser bushing out of position

Hi,

I have interesting problem with MP7000. Two times in period of 25K printouts the fuser bushing goes out of position and hot roller scratch with thermo fuse. The result is broken hot roller and thermo fuse! Do you have the same problem? I think that the groove for ''circlip'' is not deep enough on the original hot roller? First time I change the roller with new one and the problem repeat after 25K.

Only OEM-roller witch makes problem interesting!!!! I told that before.

Is the pressure roller smooth?
If the machine was idle for a long time, there may be a dent in the pressure roller where it was in contact with the hot roller, then during a run the fuser unit would start to rattle breaking the drive gear or knocking off the C-clip on the hot roller.
I would also replace the bearings on the hot roller.
