    mp9002 and sc670

    hello together
    I have a small / big problem with a new mp9002 and the sorter sr4800.
    The MFP works alone without any problems ..... when the finisher is attached, the MFP will not start .. please wait....sc670 at the end. Firmware is up to date. Main Board of the finisher, controller, cabel, RAM + BCU board changed ... no chance.
    any idea?

          I would be inclined to say that the problem is the finisher. I assume that you meant SR4080 and not SR4800.

              I know the SR 4030/40s had a board supplier change and there is 2 different firmwares. Did you load the correct finisher firmware?

                      finisher exchanged ... mp9002 starts but does not recognize the finisher ... not function.
                      I'm running out of ideas soon??

                          Hi everyone!!

                          I also have a RICOH MP-9002 with Finsher SR-4080 and the same SC670. I remove the finisher and the SC still happens and already did all the procedures in the service bulletin that explains the cause of 670 (pinched harness, RDF harness, fuser harness and replaced HD) but the SC still there.
                          Do you think maybe the PSU can be faulty??
