    mpc3500 scan to folder problem

    I'm not work smb scanning in windows 8
    the model is ricoh mpc3500,4500,4000,5000
    i know firmware issue
    i read many threads
    i am looking for firmware
    everybody help me please
    please..

                  Instead of relying on other to offer you the firmware, why not you settle the problem by using FTP ?
