LD016 Fax Header printing over data

When my client sends a fax, their header information is printed over the upper text in the document, making it unreadable.
It's an ERM (electronic medial record) program that they are printing from and its so close to the top margin that it gets written over.
Is there a setting on my clients machine to correct this?
I was trying to find a setting in "home position" or "parameter settings" that would help, but nothing.

Or is it a setting at the RX machine side that needs to be changed?

    Thanks for looking!

    Peace!

From the sender side, you could remove the header info and it won't show up on their end. On the receivers end, they could probably enable print reduction or if it's a Ricoh model you/they/their tech can change a bit switch to print the TTI before the data instead of superimposing it. I would imagine other brands would have the same capability.

System Switch 11 [SP No. 1-101-018]

    TTI printing position
0: Superimposed on the page data
    1: Printed before the data

Change this bit to 1 if the TTI overprints
information that the customer considers to be
    important (G3 transmissions).
