MP5002 error code SC991

I have a large account that is replacing their fleet with MP5002's and MPC4502's. The new units are getting SC991 on a daily basis.
When the machine gets the code it sounds like the machine is running because the fans stays on and it keeps flashing processing... on the lower corner of the screen. The only way to reset is by power off/on. Already update all firmware and drivers for the units. It happens at different times of the day. Any thoughts?

check your frimwar versions and your java versions(sdk).....................................

All firmware and Java up to latest versions available on Ricoh's website last week.

See if you can determine what someone was trying to print when the error occurs.

It looks like the problem was being caused by Java when the machine was recovering from low power mode. We turned the low power mode off on 130 machines and haven't had a single problem since then.
