How to reset the controller sp 430dn

Hello im trying to make color gamma adjust on service menu in my ricoh sp 430dn.
after i make the required adjustment service manual says to reset the controller. "Hold the reset key wuen the printer is off line to reset the controlle". Im going crazy about this step. Where are the reset key? What means printer offline? This must be very simple but i'm stuck here. Help please.

My guess would be the "Job Reset" key, either that or the Clear key.

I tried both. Press the key where? What are they telling when they talk the printer should be off
line? No internet connection? I dont have internet on printer. Ricoh should be a little more explicit here. It feels like a tomb raider puzzle.

Printer should be "Offline". Either in service mode or menu mode.

i will try it again. but i pressed that 2 keys and nothing happened.... i might not see some detail...
