    ricoh mp 161

    default password and user has been change ,and web image disabled.Now i cant change the ip adres even with supervisor .How i can enable web image ?

    You can't change the IP-adress with the supervisor account. This account can only reset the admin account. If you can't log in using the supervisor account, the only thing left to do is change the NVRAM.

      Like Eric1968 said, login with supervisor, reset the admin password and turn Administrator authentication off. If you can't acess through Web Image Monitor, print the Network Settings and check if Acess Control is enabled.

          Yes i know ,but the supervisior acount has been change .Where i can find disable/enable web image monitor ?

            I think the only solution is to replace the nvram.

              You could try downloading the NVRAM and editing it in a simple hex editor, then reupload to the machine. http://www.copytechnet.com/forums/sh...tml#post272337

              Otherwise it is a new NVRAM you require.
