SPC811 print from hard drive

I have a SPC811 that stopped printing multipul prints from jobs stored on the HDD. Actually some print multipuls and others that use to, now do not, they will only produce 1 copy regardless of how many are programmed to print. Has anyone had this issue?

have you tried these ideas? updating the firmware or formatting the hard drive?
