C9025 Dog ears and folding of corners

We have a C9025 which has been working great for some time and all of a sudden after moving to another office, we started getting folded corners or "dog ears" on copies and prints.
I have cleaned the fuser and everything in the area and still getting same results. Also, this is not constant, sometimes it does not happen and sometimes, we get a paper jam betweeen fuser and exit.

    Any help is greatly apreciated!

    Thanks!

If my model translation table is correct, check the left hand gate on the upper part of the right hand door for broken teeth. If you have the original one, the teeth get brittle and break off, and the stubs are square edged and will catch and jam the paper if it has enough of a curl.
If you find any broken teeth, you can file off the stubs and get by for a while. But best to order a new gate as it looks like it has been redesigned, and seems to work better, too.

I've had to replace the entire exit assembly unit to solve that problem. Replacing individual parts didn't help.
