    Only SP1 accessible Ricoh MP 4000

    Something has gone wrong when trying to adjust settings on that model. Out of the blue I can't access SPx mode only SP1 - all other appear slightly greyed out.
    Do I reload firmware - which one - WebUpl? System?
    Will this help?
    Any other solutions?
    Tried to reset machine from Web Interface - no go.

      Are you sure you haven't entered printer SP by mistake?

          yeah, been there done that many times changing SP settings. Attempting to adj ADF settings in SP6 - went a little overboard, tried to reenter SP6 again to correct - couldn't! No clue what this might be...
