[Error Code] machine rebooting when print a document about 500 pages (RICOH SP 5210 SF) - SC990

I don't know what else to do. I tried to change the drivers (PS, PCL6) , plugged the machine directed in PC by network cable and usb cable but after print about 50 pages duplex , the machine stop working and needs to reboot or the SC 990 appears . Anyone could help me?

Update the firmware (controller, engine, printer). Could also be corrupt print data. Saw it on an MP C300 a few weeks ago. When connected to my laptop al worked fine. When connected to customers' network : SC990.

...What is the file type being printed?...Is is a PDF?

I have seen badly compiled and non-flattened PDF files that have caused a corrupted data stream or a memory buffer overflow error!

Check your document being printed, max out the RAM on the MFP, Good Luck!
