    mpc4500 resume

    hi guys
    i have a mpc4500 that prints one resume,including archive name, autor, date etc..., after every printing job, how can i disable it?

    What is a resume sheet? Is it a Windows separator sheet? This is programmed in Windows but controlled in the driver.

      Sounds like a banner page. If the machine's driver is shared on a server, make sure that the option isn't checked there. Also be sure that the customer doesn't have any kind of requirement for one as well.

        thanks, this is the sheet, I will go tomorrow to the customer and check the driver because yes, it is shared.
