I am a little familiar with fiery and if your c900 uses a fiery as usually you have to reset to factory default and when it boots up it asks for language you want to use.
If it asks for a password to reset to factory defaults i think its FIERY.1
After reset you have to configure step by step and if you have no idea what to do then, better use in german language.

          i will really appreciate,
From Fiery print configuration page and see the server name, not server ip adress because if you use dhcp in fiery every time you restart printer,ip adress will be different.Server name is the same everytime
When you add printer from win 7/8 in the printer ip you put fiery server name.
Drivers for windows 7 32bit/64bit are here :http://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr...0/z62775en.exe
Drivers for windows 8 32bit/64bit are here :http://support.ricoh.com/bb/pub_e/dr...0/z62775en.exe
Here you have the link for all pro c900 drivers : http://support.ricoh.com/bb/html/dr_...0f/c900fen.htm
Here you have Command Workstation that you will need a lot and helps to print and configure server as you want : https://d1umxs9ckzarso.cloudfront.ne...re-Manager.exe
Default username for fiery is admin and password is Fiery.1
