Power Failure Report (Ricoh MP C3000)

Dear All,

We having problem with MP C3000 with Fax (USED unit from other country), did exchange with other Fax unit still the same (but not all fax).
it printed out "power failure report" with mode"Substitute RX". any idea,

It does that if the customer switches it off :/

It will also do that if there is a power outage. Basically, the machine is saying that it was off for some reason and there may be a fax that was not printed before it lost power.
